With over 17 years of real estate experience, some of our clients have jokingly nicknamed him the “doctor of real estate.” With his masterful negotiating skills, endless knowledge of the current real estate market & an unstoppable team behind him, he can’t go wrong! He truly is the un-exhaustible Bruce Almighty!

Kat has always had a lifelong passion for real estate. She started out doing new home sales in the early 90’s for two of the most prominent builders in the region, but then moved into re-sales when she felt limited by her buyers’ home choices. Addicted to seeing homes (she used to go house hunting for fun) it was only natural to turn her enthusiasm into her full time job.

Kat met her husband Robert, a prominent area lawyer, on Capitol Hill in 1985. The two hit if off not only personally but also professionally. With Robert, Kat is a principal in a construction firm which averages 8 million in sales per year. The company has done masonry installation for most of the large homebuilders in the mid-Atlantic region. The business helps Kat to keep a pulse on the latest and greatest trends in construction and gives her knowledge of upcoming neighborhoods in the area; great information to have for her clients who want the newest, most spectacular homes in Northern Virginia.

Kat, Robert, their daughter Christina, and their crazy long haired Chihuahua currently live in Fairfax Station.

Sunny married her husband Seth in 2005. The two currently live in West Springfield with their two boys, Ethan and Dylan. Most of her free time is spent with her energetic kids at local recreation centers and parks and catching up with friends. She also feels blessed that she gets to spend so much quality time with her mom, dad and younger brothers and sister who live just minutes from her house.

SETH
Licensed Realtor
Seth grew up on the West Coast and was serving time in the military when he was transferred to Northern Virginia over 10 years ago. After his military career, he joined the Bruce & Tanya team as a “sign guy” but moved up to office assistant and then ultimately to a licensed Real Estate agent. Because of his sharp eye for detail, his strengths are in home inspections and walk –throughs. Working together, Sunny and Seth make a great team and their combined work provides their clients with the ultimate in service.

When Seth isn’t with clients, he spends most of his time with family; his wife, two boys, and family pets. He adores his boys and loves spending time running around the house with them. He also enjoys rough housing with his friendly mutt, Malikie.

JESSICA
Licensed Realtor

Jessica is also another native of Northern Virginia. Some say real estate is in her blood.  Both her Mom and great aunt are real estate agents and her grandfather has been an investor for over 50 years.  With over 13 years in the real estate business, Jessica first started as an appraiser in the late 90's. This helps her today to give her sellers accurate assessments of market value and great negotiating skills for her buyers. Jessica has been a member of the Bruce & Tanya team for over 8 years and has done just about every job for them all the while learning every aspect of the business.  She prides herself on her customer service skills and making the process as smooth as possible, she's sure she can help you find your dream home. Jessica lives in the Kings Park West neighborhood of Fairfax with her two wonderful kids Nathan and Lindsay.     

MIRAN
Licensed Realtor

Miran grew up in Charlottesville, Virginia and came to Northern Virginia to attend George Mason University.  There she studied International Government and Relations and graduated in 2001.  She then attended Georgetown University where she received her Paralegal Certificate.  Working for a law firm in DC, she decided to get her real estate license for investment properties.  After helping a friend find his first home she decided that was what she was meant to do.  In 2004 she went into real estate full time.  Miran currently lives with her two dogs in Arlington.

JOSH
Office Assistant, Courier

Josh, like many of our team members, is a true “hometown guy”; he has lived in Burke his entire life.  He is the youngest of 3 kids and loves to play sports.  While attending Lake Braddock Secondary School he played basketball but truly made his mark as the pitcher for his baseball team.  After graduation, he worked at Interstate Van Lines as a mover  before moving into a position on the Bruce & Tanya team. 

In his free time he enjoys challenging his friends at video games and is currently planning his second skydiving excursion.

RONNIE
Office Assistant, Courier

Ronnie was born in Fairfax and has lived in various homes around the Burke and Springfield area before settling into his current home in Cherry Run.  He developed his super friendly “get along with everyone” attitude by growing up the middle child of three sisters and two brothers.  His mom also runs her own day care so being around people is something he’s grown very used to.  He graduated from Lake Braddock Secondary School in 2008 and is currently attending Northern Virginia Community College where he plans to get his Associate degree before moving to George Mason University to pursue a degree in marketing.  To get a head start on his marketing career, he is learning (literally from the ground up) what all goes into marketing real estate by heading the Bruce & Tanya flyer distribution team.  He spends many of his days out in the neighborhoods Bruce & Tanya like to call their favorites.

In his free time he enjoys spending time outdoors as much as possible.  He loves fishing, Frisbee golf, longboarding, wakeboarding and playing lacrosse (which he’s been playing for 12 years now).
